What is actually shaping your month?

Energy, sleep and comfort move across the month in a pattern that repeats — and the everyday habits around it, sleep timing, regular meals, movement that flexes, are what decide how the harder days feel.

This assessment scores those habits and shows you, plainly, where yours stand. A pattern you can predict is a pattern you can plan around.

The PulseDays results screen: a score of 18 out of 100 with a personalised recap

This is for you if

  • Some weeks you are fine and some weeks everything is harder, and it catches you by surprise each time.

  • You have a period-tracking app that tells you dates and nothing about how you actually felt.

  • You push through the hard days at the same pace and then wonder why the rest of the month is worse.

  • You would like to plan around your month rather than be surprised by it.

If you have unusually heavy bleeding, bleeding between periods, pain that stops you doing normal things, or your periods have stopped without a clear reason — please see a doctor. Those need proper assessment.

Why habits, and why a score

Most cycle apps record dates. Dates tell you when something happened; they do not tell you what to do about the week where everything is harder.

What this does instead is score the everyday habits people commonly report tracking alongside their month — sleep timing, regular meals, iron-rich food, movement that flexes rather than pushing through — and then asks you to note, each evening, one word about how the day actually was.

One cycle is the minimum length at which a monthly pattern becomes visible at all. The programme says that explicitly rather than manufacturing an insight from four weeks, and week four is spent reading your own month back rather than being told what it means.

After that, the useful part: moving one deadline away from your hardest stretch, preparing on an easy day for a hard one, and writing permission in advance for what you let go of.

What this is not

  • This is not contraception and must never be used as it.
  • It is not fertility tracking, does not predict ovulation, and never implies a safe window.
  • It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
  • It makes no claim to change your cycle in any way.

Questions

Is this contraception or fertility tracking?

Neither, and it must never be used as either. It never predicts ovulation and never implies a safe window.

Do I need a tracking app already?

No. If you do not know where you are in your month, that is a valid answer and the programme starts there.

Will this change my cycle?

No, and we will not claim it. It works on the habits around your month — sleep, meals, movement, planning.

How long does the assessment take?

About two minutes. No account, and no email needed to see your score.
